- The prices mentioned on this page do not include Accommodation and Food
- All prices include equipment
- On top of these prices, there is 150,000 IDR/per person (one-time payment) for the marine park fee and donation to support Gili Eco Trust.
- Minimum prices are set through GIDA, so most dive shops offer the same pricing structure, the same discount options, and the same bundle packages.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT
To secure your booking, you will have to pay a deposit. This deposit will be a minimum of 50% of the amount of your dive program, which will be kept in case of cancellation.
CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF REFUND
- Cancellations for dive packages or dive courses made 7 days or more prior to the first scheduled dive day will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations or changes in reservations for dive packages or dive courses 3-7 days out will be charged a $25.00 per person administration fee.
- Cancellations for dive packages or dive courses received within two days (48 hours) are non-refundable and non-transferrable. **
- No-shows or cancellations on the day for dive packages or dive courses are non-refundable. **
** While we are sympathetic to circumstances that are outside of your control, please understand that this is also not our fault and will still charge 100% fee.
FORCE MAJEURE
If your activity is canceled in whole, or part, due to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below), You will not be entitled to a refund. A “Force Majeure Event” shall mean the act of God, an act of terrorism, flood, tsunami, earthquake, strike or other labor condition or dispute, an order or injunction of any court or administrative body or any other act of public authority, severe weather threatening the safety of event attendees or similar contingency or unexpected event, and any such occurrence beyond the reasonable control of Company.
You understand that in all instances, the maximum remedy You may receive for any cancellation of any part of the event, if any, will be the face value of your activity, excluding all fees and/or service charges paid by You in connection with the purchase of your activity.
